  • How can I change my email address and/or password?

    To change your personal details, go to "My account" via the "HELLO" icon in the top-right menu. Enter the information required, then click "Edit" at the bottom of the page.

    Forgotten your password? Click "Forgotten your password?" on the login page ». You will receive a password reset email.

  • How can I change my addresses?

    To edit your addresses, go to 'My addresses' in your ';HELLO' customer space. Enter the information required, then save your changes by clicking 'Edit'

  • What is your policy on personal data protection?

  • I want to delete my customer account. How can I do this?
