Delivery
  • When will my order be shipped?
    • Any orders made Monday before 3:00 pm will be processed the same day or the next day.
    • Any orders made Tuesday to Friday before 3:00 pm will be processed the same day*.
    • Any orders made after 3:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, will be processed the next day*.
    • Orders made after 3:00 pm on Friday until Sunday evening will be processed on the following Monday morning.
    • Orders made between 3:00 pm on a Friday and the end of the day on a Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.

    * Please note that during public holidays, sales periods (private or general), and collection launches, it may take up to 8 working days to process your order. Transit time for your parcel must also be added to this period.

  • How long will my order take to arrive and what are the delivery charges?

    We ship using DHL and you will need to sign for your delivery.

    Delivery by DHL is free on orders of £300 or more (prices include VAT and all duties).

    Shipping charge: £8 for a DHL home delivery with an estimated lead time of 2 working days.

  • How can I track my order?

    When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email with your DHL tracking number.

    You can also go to "My orders" in your account to check the status of and track an order.

  • Is it possible to have an order delivered to a store for me to collect?

    It is not currently possible to have items delivered to a Sessùn store for collection.

  • I’m concerned because I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

    If, based on our typical delivery times, you were expecting your order to arrive by now and you haven' t received a delivery notification card, please contact our customer service team via the contact form or hello@sessun.com. Don't worry - we’ll find a solution!

  • My parcel has been returned to sender. What should I do?

    Don't worry: upon receipt you will receive a refund.

  • What are the conditions for placing an order on the UK website?

    Your delivery and billing addresses must be in the UK.

    If you would like to arrange delivery to another country, please place your order on our international site: en.sessun.com.
