How can I get an invoice?
Once your order has been finalized, you can download a pdf invoice in "My orders" via your "HELLO" customer space.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Please note that all transactions are in £.
Is payment secure?
Payment is 100% secure. When you make a payment, you will see a padlock next to the URL in your browser.

This means your connection is totally secure. Your bank may ask you to complete 3D Secure verification before authorizing a payment.
What can I do if my payment fails?
Payment can fail for various reasons: incorrectly entered bank code, bank details error, spending limit issue, etc.

How do prices and VAT on items work?
All duties and taxes are included.

Sessùn does not issue tax refund forms.
