Returns and refunds
  • How to return items

    If you would like to return an item, you have fifteen days to submit a return request online and ship your parcel.
    To initiate a return request, navigate to the 'Hello' section and select 'My Orders'. Locate the relevant order and click on 'Return Products' 
    Please be aware that if you have not submitted a return request online, we cannot proceed with a refund.
    If 'Return Products' is not visible in your customer space, it indicates that the return period has ended, and it is no longer possible to return the item(s) in question.

    Sessùn will cover the cost of returns within the UK.

    If you are returning an item from within the UK, you will receive an email containing a prepaid shipping label to affix to your parcel.

    Please note that items ordered online can be returned to any Sessùn store in the UK.

  • Can I edit my returns request?

    Please contact our customer services team via the contact form or by email at hello@sessun.com to request any changes.

    Please note that Sessùn will cover the cost of one return only. If you are in France and have already used your prepaid Colissimo returns label, you will need to arrange for and cover the cost of the return of any
    additional items you wish to return to us.

  • What are the conditions for making returns?

    What are the conditions for making returns?
    Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes. Returns of any items that are missing tags, that have been worn, or that are incomplete, damaged or stained, will be refused.
    We reserve the right to reject returned items or to bill for dry cleaning if these return conditions have not been met.

    N.B. Items such as bodies and other lingerie must be tried on with the plastic hygiene sticker attached. Returns will only be accepted for these items if the hygiene sticker is still in place.

  • How long do refunds take?

    Once we have received and processed your returned item, a refund will be issued within 7 working days. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been issued. The time it takes for payment to appear on your account will vary and depends on your bank.

  • What is the status of my return?

    You can track the status of your return by navigating to 'My returns' in your 'Hello' customer space.

  • Can I return an item for an exchange?

    We do not do standard exchanges. Refunds are issued for returned items within 7 working days of a parcel being received. If you require a different size or another style or colour, simply place another order on
    the website.
    If you order the same style in another size, we will refund the delivery charge on the new order. Please email us at hello@sessun.com with the references of both the original and new orders.

  • Can I return an item in store?

    Please note that items ordered online can be returned to any Sessùn store in the UK.

    To initiate this process, when submitting an online return request, please select “In-store return”.

    You should then take the packaged article you wish to return to one of our stores, along with the address label and return voucher.
    Following your visit, you will receive a confirmation email.

    A refund will be processed within a few business days via the same payment method used to purchase the item.

  • Why would a return be rejected?

    Any returns outside the designated returns period, without a label or in poor condition may be rejected. If there is a charge to pay when a returns parcel is received, it will be rejected.

  • What can I do if there's a problem with my item?

    Product quality is extremely important to us. If, despite the many quality checks we carry out, you have spotted a problem, please email us at hello@sessun.com, attaching photos of the issue.

  • Can I keep the goodies if I make a return?

    If you return your whole order, please send the goodies back as well.
